So often I hear, “I’ve always wanted to try acupuncture, but I just don’t have anything wrong.”

Cool. Do you wait for your car to break down before you bring it in for maintenance?

Imagine a day that we all take care of our body through:

  • Good nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Stress management
  • Something like acupuncture

I like to refer to that as “keeping the wheels on the wagon.” It’s easier to STAY healthy than try to GET healthy. Getting healthy is complicated, is often expensive and can take more time than you want to spare.

Still confused about why you should consider acupuncture?

Then consider the four areas that I believe to be the pillars of health:

  1. Energy levels
  2. Sleep
  3. Stress levels
  4.  Immune system

Are you perfect in all of these areas? If so, I’m jealous! And if not, let us help you out. You may not even know how good you could feel.

Still unsure, or worried that the benefits are “all in your head?”

Check out this list from Johns Hopkins Medicine identifying things that acupuncture is proven to treat.

So far, this has been a pep talk for those of you in good health.

But what about the rest of you who feel like the wheels have fallen off and know you have a journey to reach your health goals? You should know that acupuncture can treat many things at once, and is generally very effective at making changes quickly! And a good acupuncturist will be able to help you figure out what else you need to be doing to get healthy ASAP. Maybe a visit to the chiropractor will help your cause, or maybe your first stop should be your primary care physician. We can help you figure that out.

Moral of the story is that it is always a good time to have acupuncture in your life!
