We will aim to release any chronic muscle tension and inflammation you may have contributing to pain and stress. Since everyone’s threshold for pressure varies, we will customize your visit for your specific needs and wants (Full-body work, upper body or lower body focused, etc). Whether you are a regular or this is your first massage, once your massage is underway, a whole range of beneficial reactions are set in motion.

Massage + Acupuncture: The session will flow like a typical massage but with acupuncture needles incorporated during the massage. Combining massage and acupuncture into one session offers a powerful holistic approach to wellness, addressing both physical and emotional health. Massage helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and reduce stress, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system to promote deeper relaxation and better sleep. Meanwhile, acupuncture targets specific points to relieve pain, balance energy flow, and regulate neurotransmitters, which can alleviate anxiety and depression. For our prenatal patients, this combination can also be used for labor induction and optimal positioning of the baby.

Herbs may be recommended as teas, powders, capsules, or tinctures, and your plan will be adjusted as your needs evolve.
